Five books in a couple of years, and then five years without a new book. I have no idea if this is typical of most authors of self-development books, but there was a reason behind it: the belief that one should write something (or communicate anything, for that matter) only when there is a reason for it.
And for the first five books, the reasons were both apparent and urgent: success, leadership, daily routines, risk comprehension, and the mysterious 4th Quality were satisfying a high demand and needed detailed analysis.
Having made and shared such a journey, I quickly concluded that a particular type of communication is the next vital issue aspiring leaders must tackle. Nevertheless, the speed of arriving at this concept differed from the long process of writing the corresponding book. As we speak, I am almost done…
Although it is too early to reveal the details (title, subject, structure), I will admit that mastering this specific type of communication which incidentally is not recommended in most cultures and professional ecosystems, can prove a game-changer.
As always, the same rules shaping our success in our chosen fields can also shape our happiness in our private affairs. Thus, my 6th aspires to serve top-level professionals most holistically.
Personalities I deeply admire and respect gave generously of their time to read parts of the draft and delivered inspiring, kind, to-the-point feedback. Such was the extent of their courtesy and assistance that the author feels confident to proceed one more time.
