My second book, ‘The Top Floor Mindset: Express Elevator for Aspiring Leaders´, has been discontinued.
Its surprising success in Italy and Argentina (countries it was not advertised or promoted by contacts) was a delight. But, as I explained both in my blog and in the podcasts, nothing should last forever.
At the time of its writing, a book about Leadership seemed a necessity and an urgent one. Not anymore… Although Leadership remains a rare quality and much in demand, current times demand a shift of attention to much more elemental issues.
